Administrative Assistant (EDB/ECP/151/26)

(a) To assist in providing general administrative support; (b) To assist in records management; (c) To provide administrative/logistic support for official functions and meetings; (d) To assist in personnel matters including recruitment and appointment of staff and prepare periodic returns on training and personnel matters; (e) To assist in handling Information Technology (IT) related issues; and (f) To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent; (b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 (see Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent preferred; (c) A good command of both Chinese and English; (d) At least 1 year's post-degree full-time working experience in administrative work preferred; (e) Familiar with Chinese and English input methods and computer operations preferred, such as word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software; and (f) May be required to take trade test and / or written test.
