Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk) on or before the closing date. Applicants must provide their email addresses on the application forms. Applications which are incomplete, late or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by e-mail will not be considered. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation (by email or by post) in about twelve to sixteen weeks from the closing date for application. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. For candidates holding qualifications obtained from academic institutions outside Hong Kong, copies of diplomas/certificates, transcripts of studies and official documents issued by the relevant academic institutions stating the mode of delivery of the study programmes should be submitted to the designated e-mail address (personnel_registry@afcd.gov.hk) one week within the closing date with the post under application specified in the email subject. The online application number should also be quoted in the e-mail and every page of the supporting documents. Candidates who hold academic qualifications awarded by local institutions/ Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority are not required to submit photocopies of the official transcripts and certificates at this stage of application.
