(a) To participate in the formulation of IT strategy of the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong (CMHHK) to cover the delivery of clinical and non-clinical systems, interface with furniture and equipment systems, network infrastructure and server platform with the adoption of the latest technology;
(b) To communicate and liaise with the CMHHK Operator, and other related organisations for project management and goals alignment;
(c) To source IT systems/infrastructure, participate in tendering/quotation process, supervise outsourced contractors and manage their performance;
(d) To support project governance and coordinate reporting;
(e) To advise on government policy and standards applicable to the CMHHK IT development such as procurement, security, privacy, network infrastructure, server platform, project management framework, development methodology, system development life cycle processes, design principles;
(f) To liaise with relevant specialists of Digital Policy Office for advice and input; and
(g) To perform any other duties as required by senior officers.
入職條件
Candidates should possess –
(a) a bachelor’s degree in information technology, or equivalent;
(b) at least 20 years of relevant full time post-degree working experience in planning, developing or implementing information technology (IT). Work experience in Government, hospitals or sizeable healthcare organisations will be an advantage [Note]; and
(c) have in-depth knowledge on Government policy and standards in terms of IT procurement, development, implementation and maintenance.
薪酬及福利
$739 per hour (Required to work less than 17 hours per week excluding meal break)

聘用條款
Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for one year. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service need of this Bureau and the performance of the candidate.
