Registration Assistant

(a) Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (http://www.csb.gov.hk). (b) Applicants should submit copies of the official certificates and transcripts in support of applicants’ academic qualification, language proficiency as well as proof of working experience by email to recruitment@cr.gov.hk on or before the closing date for application. Please clearly specify the email subject as “Application for the post of Registration Assistant” and the online application number should be quoted in the email. (c) Late applications, or applications which are incomplete, or submitted in person/by post/by fax/by email, or without providing or with late submission of the required supporting documents will NOT be considered. (d) Candidates who are selected for an interview will normally receive an invitation in about 10 to 12 weeks from the application closing date. Those who are not invited for an interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. (e) As invitations and notifications will be issued via email, applicants should provide an accurate email address. Applicants are responsible for checking their emails to ensure that invitations and notifications will be duly received. (f) All applicants who are invited for recruitment interview will be required to produce the original and copies of the official transcripts, certificates and proof of working experience for verification and record purposes.
