Information Technology Officer

(a) Applicants must apply online through the <a href="https://csboa.csb.gov.hk/Redirect_JOA.html ">G.F. 340 Online Application System</a> of the Civil Service Bureau (<a href="https://www.csb.gov.hk">https://www.csb.gov.hk</a>) (b) Copies of documents in support of academic qualifications (including results achieved in Chinese and English languages, degree certificates and official transcripts), technical qualifications and employment proofs should be submitted to the email address (ncsc_it_recruitment@censtatd.gov.hk) on or before the closing date for applications. Please specify clearly in the email subject “Application for the position of Information Technology Officer” and the on-line application number should be quoted in the email and the attachment’s name. To avoid delayed or unsuccessful transmission via email, all relevant supporting documents should be combined into one file with a file size not exceeding 25 MB as far as possible. (c) If applications are late or incomplete, or not made in the prescribed form, or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by email, or without copies of the relevant supporting documents, or if the relevant supporting documents are received after the above specified dates or are insufficient, such applications will NOT be considered . (d) All applicants must provide clearly their personal Internet e-mail addresses on their application forms. Candidates who are invited to attend the selection interview will receive separate invitation(s) by email in about two to four weeks from the closing date for applications (applicants are responsible for ensuring that the provided e-mail addresses can receive the invitations). Those who do not receive any invitation to the selection interview can assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
