Field Assistant (Conservation and Country Parks)

Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk) on or before 21 August 2026. Applicants are encouraged to provide their email addresses on the application forms. Your application will NOT be considered if late, submitted in person, by post, by fax or by email, or if you fail to provide in G.F. 340 all information as requested or it is not clear from your statements that you have the minimum qualifications, training, experience or other requirements for the job. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation (by email or by post) in about twelve to sixteen weeks from the closing date for application. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. For candidates holding qualifications obtained from academic institutions outside Hong Kong, copies of diplomas/certificates, transcripts of studies and official documents issued by the relevant academic institutions stating the mode of delivery of the study programmes should be submitted to the designated e-mail address (personnel_registry@afcd.gov.hk) on or before 28 August 2026 with “Application for the post of Field Assistant (Conservation and Country Parks)” stated in the email subject. The online application number should also be quoted in the e-mail and every page of the supporting documents. Candidates who hold academic qualifications awarded by local institutions/ Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority are not required to submit photocopies of the official transcripts and certificates at this stage of application.
