Executive Assistant

(a) Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk). (b) Applications which are incomplete or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by e-mail will not be accepted. (c) Except submitting the applications online, candidates should also submit (1) copies of certificates and transcripts in support of the academic qualifications and (2) supporting document of work experience by e-mail to dowts@had.gov.hk on or before the closing date for applications. Please specify “Application for Executive Assistant” as the subject of the e-mail and the on-line application number should be quoted in the e-mail and the supporting documents. (d) As invitations for the selection interview will be made through e-mail, applicants should provide clearly their e-mail addresses on the application forms and be responsible for ensuring that the provided e-mail addresses can receive the invitations. (e) Applicants are required to provide their e-mail addresses on the application forms. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation by e-mail in about 8 to 12 weeks from the closing date for application. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. (f) Candidates should bring along the following documents when attending interviews: (i) HKID Card; (ii) Original of academic proof; (iii) Original of employment proof; and (iv) One recent photo.
