Social Media Officer

(a) Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk). Applications which are incomplete or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by e-mail will not be accepted. (b) Applicants should submit copies of certificates and transcripts in support of the (i) academic qualifications (including copies of certificates and transcripts showing the results achieved in Chinese Language and English Language), (ii) proof of working experience and (iii) portfolio mentioned in Note (2) above by email to pcsd_otpc@customs.gov.hk on or before the closing date for application. Please quote "Application for the post of Social Media Officer " and your on-line application number on the subject of e-mail. Academic certificates, transcripts and employment proofs which are incomplete or submitted in person, by post or by fax will not be considered. (c) Applicants may be invited to attend first interview and/or final interview. Applicants who are not invited for first interview in about 12 weeks from the closing date for application may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. (d) As invitations and notification will be issued via e-mail, applicants should provide an accurate e-mail address. Applicants are responsible for checking their e-mails to ensure the invitation and notification will be duly received.
