Part-time Senior Project Development Consultant (School Leadership and Professional Development) (EDB/PDT/153/26)

(a) To serve as the tour leader/member of the Mainland Study Tours (MSTs), as well as the facilitator guiding participants' professional learning and reflection throughout the course of the MSTs; (b) To provide professional and administrative support in implementing the MSTs including conducting the pre-tour briefings, designing and producing training materials and handbooks for the MSTs; (c) To evaluate programme effectiveness, including preparing evaluation reports, reviewing and analysing the participants' feedbacks and self-reflection journals; and (d) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary education institution, or equivalent; (b) At least 15 years' post-degree experience in education, of which at least 5 years should be in the capacity of a public sector school principal, vice-principal or senior teacher; (c) Experience in organising/conducting teachers' and/or students' Mainland exchange programmes in schools; (d) Strong analytical skills, project management and coordination skills; (e) Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, be able to speak fluent Cantonese and Putonghua; and (f) Committed and be able to work independently as well as in a team and follow instructions.
