(1) Candidates must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (<a href="https://www.csb.gov.hk">https://www.csb.gov.hk</a>) on or before the closing date of application. Application submitted in paper form by post, by fax or in person is NOT ACCEPTED. (2) Applicants should mark clearly on their application forms their degree and certificate of education courses, language proficiency and a detailed account of work experience with description of duties. (3) Applications which are incomplete and not submitted online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (<a href="https://www.csb.gov.hk">https://www.csb.gov.hk</a>), not met the entry requirements or not made in the prescribed form will not be considered. (4) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions / Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. All applicants must submit scanned copies of the supporting documents to the application (e.g. official transcripts and certificates for the qualifications obtained outside Hong Kong) to the designated email address colescolar@edb.gov.hk on or before the closing date of application.
