Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (http://www.csb.gov.hk). They should also submit scanned copies of degree certificates, latest or complete official transcripts and their results in HKDSEE/ HKCEE by email to oge_recruitment@fso.gov.hk on or before 27 November 2026. The on-line application number should be quoted in the email. The total file size of the attachment(s) should not exceed 15MB. Applications which are late, incomplete or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by e-mail will not be accepted. If candidates fail to provide the supporting documents as required, their applications will not be considered. Applicants may be required to attend recruitment examination and/or interview(s). Candidates who are selected for recruitment examination and/or interview(s) will normally receive an invitation by email in about two to four weeks from the closing date for application. As it takes time to process all applications, an invitation to the recruitment examination and/or interview(s) does not imply that an applicant has met the entry requirements of the post being applied for. Those who are not invited for recruitment examination and/or interview(s) may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
