Part-time Community Organizer

(1) Applicants must apply online through the Civil Service Bureau’s G.F. 340 Online Application System (https://www.csb.gov.hk/tc_chi/recruit/application/330.html). (2) Applications that are incomplete or submitted in person, by post, fax, or email will not be accepted. (3) In addition to submitting the application form online, applicants must, on or before the application deadline, submit copies of academic certificates and transcripts and/or copies of technical qualification certificates and transcripts to the contact address below or send them to the email address provided. Please state “Application for the Part-time Community Organizer Position” on the envelope or in the email subject line, and indicate the online application number both on the envelope/email and on the copies of the documents. For documents submitted by post, the date stamped on the envelope will be regarded as the submission date. To avoid unsuccessful delivery, applicants must ensure that the envelope is clearly addressed and sufficient postage has been paid before posting. Any mail with insufficient postage will not be delivered to this office and will be returned to the sender or destroyed by Hongkong Post, depending on the circumstances. Applicants shall bear any consequences arising from insufficient postage. (4) Applicants who do not receive an interview invitation within ten weeks after the application deadline may consider their application unsuccessful. When attending the interview, applicants are required to produce their Hong Kong Identity Card and the supporting documents of academic qualifications. (5) Applicants are required to inform the Eastern District Office of any change of particulars in the application form after the submission.
