Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (http://www.csb.gov.hk). Applications which are late or incomplete, or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by email will not be accepted. Applicants are required to send the below required documents by email to (recruit@hko.gov.hk) on or before 15 June 2026 – (1) results of HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent examinations and qualifications; (2) official transcripts and certificates of academic qualifications; (3) a detailed description of duties for all full-time employments, in particular, relevant work experience in big data analysis or a detailed description of post-graduate programme research on areas related to big data analysis; and (4) proof of current and previous working experiences. The title of the post being applied for and the online application number should be quoted in the subject of the email and on every page of the copies of the relevant supporting documents. As invitations or notifications will be sent to candidates by email, candidates should provide a clear and accurate email address in their application. Candidates are held responsible for checking their own emails to ensure that invitations or notifications are duly received. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation by e-mail in about six to eight weeks from the closing date for application. Those who do not receive any invitation for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
