Community Organiser (Part-time) (Kwai Tsing)

(1) Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau (https://www.csb.gov.hk). The application must also be supported by submission of supporting documents by email. (For details, please refer to item (3) below.) (2) Applications which are incomplete or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by e-mail will not be accepted. (3) Applicants must submit the copies of all supporting documents including the academic result/certificates and employment proofs (e.g. employment certificates, reference letters, etc.) to the Kwai Tsing District Office by email (Email Address: kwtdo_recruitment@had.gov.hk) on or before the closing date for application. Please specify “Application for the post of Community Organiser (Part-time)" as the subject of the e-mail and the on-line application number should be quoted in the e-mail and the supporting documents. Late applications or applications which are incomplete or without the relevant supporting documents will not be considered. (4) Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in about 8 to 12 weeks from the closing date for application. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. (5) Candidates should bring along the following documents when attending interviews: (i) HKID Card; (ii) Original of academic proof; (iii) Original of employment proof; and (iv) One recent photo.
